My stay at the Penthouse at Grand Plaza was absolutely fantastic! The views of Lake Michigan and the Chicago skyline were breathtaking, making every moment special. The amenities were top-notch, and the location was perfect for accessing local attractions. Jim and Jeri-Lou, the owners, were incredibly accommodating and helpful throughout our stay. One minor downside was that we would have loved to have some coffee available to brew in the kitchen. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.
